Cancellation policy & Credit Card on file
We've updated our cancelation policy to serve our clients and staff best. Maven requires all cancelations to be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancelations made on short notice are difficult, if not impossible, for our staff to rebook. Our stylists are paid on a commission basis. While we understand that unexpected inconveniences occur, the cancelation policy is in place so our stylists can receive a steady paycheck. Appointments canceled after the 48-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day or last-minute cancelations and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may find their stylist is no longer available to perform the service. In these cases, the cancellation fee will also apply.
